French animation holds a prominent position with a strong presence of 45 French works across various categories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Attendees in Annecy will have the exciting opportunity to explore seven French feature films competing in the festival and three others showcased in Special Screenings. The French audiovisual sector is well-represented with seven series or TV specials participating in the dedicated competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As always, the festival&#8217;s selection emphasizes the diversity of French animated shorts, with 26 titles from France featured in different categories. Adding to the lineup, Mihai Grecu&#8217;s immersive work, Sol-Air, completes the impressive French contingent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the competition selections, the festival also presents French projects in various stages of development or production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, French projects make a significant presence in the MIFA pitch sessions.
