Happy 75th India Independence Day | Swatantrata Diwas

India is honouring it’s 75th Independence Day on August 15th, 2021. On this day, every Indian citizen is proud of their nation, and their heart is filled with gratitude and acknowledgment of the lives sacrificed during the course of the freedom movement. Every citizen of this country owes the braveheart freedom fighters who didn’t hesitate to put their life on-line for their future generation’s peaceful freedom life. After the struggles of brave freedom fighters, India becomes a free nation and embarks on a journey for records of growth and development.

When is India Republic Day?

India’s first prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru hoisted the national flag on 15th August 1947. Independent India and said, “At the stroke of the midnight hour, when the world sleeps, India will awake to life and freedom.” On 15th August 1947 at midnight India broke the chain of slavery after 90 years of mutiny, war, strike, bloodshed, and negotiations. At midnight this news has spread the words through radio and through people’s talks like a forest fire. India’s citizen heart is still filled with our brave freedom fighters.
