Prayan Animation has signed a deal with Kim Cameron, Side FX Band-Miami to work on a sequel Seaper Power: Mystery of Blue Pearls after the successful completion of the movie Seaper Power: In Search of Bleu Jay‘s Treasure.

Kim Cameron is an American recording artist and author from Miami, FL. She is known for the SEAPER POWER book series and CARPE MUSICAM TOUR (2019). Kim Cameron has directed, produced, and written the screenplay for the award-winning Seaper Powers: In Search of Bleu Jay’s Treasure, an 88-minute 2D animated feature film, which was released on the Dove Channel as a Dove Original, in December 2021.

Helen Parker (AKA Helen Christabel Parker) is an executive producer, showrunner, and writer based in Ontario, Canada. She is a consultant producer on a feature film premiering at TIFF in 2022, and executive producer/creator of a family drama series, two animated series, and a feature film. An Australian citizen and now a permanent resident of Canada, Helen is a former journalist and Walkley Award Judge. She was a videographer and feature journalist for FOX (on special assignments around the globe). She produced over 100 episodes of national television for Channels 9 and 7 and approximately 800 hours of nightly news. Helen is a graduate of North Sydney Film School. She studied Law at Sydney University. In 2015 she gained Canadian permanent resident status and has since produced for CBC, Anthem Entertainment, Blue Ant Media, and the NHL. She started up Diamond Films in 2018 focused on creating unique I.P. for global markets.

The series is inspired by the very real and wondrous endangered birds of Australia and Papua New Guinea. Helen Parker was born and raised in the World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains National Park in NSW Australia. A good part of her childhood was spent playing in the rainforests. She developed a flair for studying the lifestyle of birds in this forest. Most birds she saw daily were critically endangered. She observed their complex behavior, soothing songs, chirping, and unique interactions, up close.

She relocated to Canada in 2015 to further her writing ambitions. In Canada, she missed the chirping of Australian birds and watching their cheeky behavior. To fill this void, she decided to create ‘Sonic Birds’. Helen believes in the power of unity in diversity and so Sonic Birds has the theme of “Birds of different feathers must work together”. Being a mother of three herself, Helen is very much aware that children enjoy stories wherein the characters overcome challenges. The essence of Sonic Birds is the fighting spirit.
